You have heard the old saying that every great film starts with an amazing script. Well for many film makers, the next step is finding a badass storyboard artist. These talented men and women are responsible for designing so many of the action sequences and set pieces from the films we love. So when it's time for you approach one, how do you collaborate? Do you just dump your ideas on them or do you let them interpret the scene first? Host Mike Pecci wanted answers so he reached out to arguably the best storyboard artist in the business. Today we chat with Doug Lefler who is credited as a writer, illustration, director and storyboard artist. He has designed sequences for Steven Spielberg, Sam Rami, John Woo and too many more to list.

When you look at an image, do you ever think that it's about to spring to life? A bird in flight; its feathers rustling in the breeze? A horse flexing its muscles as it gallops across the plain?
